This place is great for a business trip with brand-new, well-equipped units that have wifi.

Disappointed no Wi Fi in room-was really looking forward to catching up on Emails but after long journey too tired to have to go downstairs to use internet.Took us two hours to find hotel once we arrived at Pamplona-Sat Nav was more of hinderence than help as post code was useless.

Bus stop right out the front of hotel tales you straight into the city and runs every 12 minutes (during the festival at least). Very helpful staff. Clean, new rooms with fully functional facilities. Walking distance from shopping mall (500m) and convenience store (20 m).

It's on an industrial estate.

The lobby service here is very good, the rooms are modern with twin beds, great showers, and WiFi.

It was a wonderful and sleek 3-star hotel, met the needs. I ate at a pleasant restaurant for dinner. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and the location was excellent. Dined at El bodegon del Sadar, it was not very far from the venue.

Some of the staff were not very helpful.

How to get there was a problematic some how.

Thoroughly enjoyed my quite comfortable stay during our visit. the location turned out to be particularly good, right by buses into town, the outskirts of Pamplona, and the airport. - This hotel was located 3 km away from Monumento al Encierro. The hotel is very nice, The rooms are very confortable.

The website should provide gps locations or give directions about the hotel location. It's not easy to find it.

The hotel is outstanding, above all if you are travelling by car: please consider that parking in Pamplona is verry expensive, while at Bed4U parking is easy and free. Hotel is brand new, spotless, with super friendly staff and absolutely reasonably priced. We would come back!

It's outside the center, very close to a gasoline station (closed at night, don't worry!), but it's ideal for travellers with a car.

Great location - just a quick walk to La Morea shopping center. the hotel is also conveniently close to a nearby cafe, making it easy to grab a bite or a coffee whenever needed. 🛍️

The cleaning staff was very nice, thorough, and understanding. Also, we liked the modern design and that it was away from all the chaos of the San Fermin festival. Finally, the staff was very nice.

The staff does not deliver anything to your room so you have to go to the front desk for everything. Your room key is used to active the lights/tv in the room as well as the elevator so it's difficult to separate your party when they only give one key. When we checked in their system indicated that we were from Mexico because United States wasnt an option. That will skew their data. All things considered though we liked the hotel.

The beds are comfortable, there's free Wi-Fi, and the room has blinds; breakfast offers many choices, and the location is convenient near the outskirts of town with nearby restaurants and bars.

The staff at this hotel were lovely, spoke good English and were very helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, however we did not get to sample the breakfast as we slept in the next morning.
